Accessibility
Accessibility is a delivery requirement, not a footer badge.
We aim for a clear, keyboard-operable and resilient experience and use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical reference. This statement does not claim third-party certification.

1. Our approach
We design semantic page structure, visible focus, sufficient contrast, meaningful link text and layouts that reflow. The site uses one main heading per page, a skip link, labelled forms and native details elements for accordions.
2. Keyboard and navigation
Navigation, filters, forms, configurators, accordions and consent choices are intended to work by keyboard. The mobile menu reports its expanded state with aria-expanded. Focus remains visible and is not intentionally trapped.
3. Visual presentation
Text uses scalable relative sizing and restrained line lengths. Cyan is not used as the sole carrier of meaning. Interfaces are designed to reflow at narrow widths, and motion is reduced for users who request reduced motion.
4. Images and media
Content images include alternative text describing their thematic purpose. Decorative line icons are hidden from assistive technology. The current site contains no time-based audio or video.
5. Forms and errors
Inputs have visible labels, required states use native attributes, and validation messages are announced in live regions. Local-only confirmation explicitly says information was not delivered to a server.
6. Known limitations
Generated planning ranges are presented visually as text rather than a complex chart. Browser and assistive-technology combinations vary; some native select and details controls may be announced differently. Third-party content introduced later may have separate limitations.
7. Testing and review
Our baseline review includes keyboard operation, focus visibility, heading order, narrow-screen reflow, form validation and automated checks. Automated tools cannot replace testing by people using assistive technology, and project scopes should identify the level of user testing required.
8. Feedback and alternative formats
If you encounter a barrier, email [email protected] or call +852 5624 0862. Include the page, task, browser and assistive technology if comfortable. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days and can provide key information in a reasonable alternative format.
9. Physical contact context
Our listed address is an office contact point; contact us before visiting so we can discuss access needs and confirm arrangements. Website accessibility feedback is welcome regardless of whether you are a client.
