Digital Buzz Tech is a new, domain-derived technology studio brand. We preserve the domain’s historical technology niche while making no claim of legal, corporate or operational continuity with any previous business that used this domain.
Our position
Useful systems need technical judgement and operational respect.
We work at the seam between a business decision and the system that must carry it. That means speaking with the administrator who corrects records, the engineer who receives alerts, the manager who approves exceptions and the customer who simply needs a clear answer.
Our practice is intentionally broad enough to connect product, engineering and security, but disciplined about scope. If specialist legal, compliance, penetration-testing or regulated assurance work is needed, that boundary is identified rather than disguised.
Design the exception path
Operational systems are judged by corrections, failures and handoffs—not only the ideal demo journey.
Make risk proportionate
Controls should match consequence and remain usable. We avoid both casual exposure and ceremonial paperwork.
Leave ownership stronger
Source, runbooks, limitations and responsibilities should make the client less dependent after handover, not more.
Where we work
Hong Kong base, APAC context.
Our office contact point is 728 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 HKT. Remote collaboration is planned around decision cadence, access controls and useful overlap—not assumed to solve every coordination problem.
How pricing works
No fictional menu of fixed prices.
We discuss the brief, identify whether discovery is needed, then issue a written proposal or discovery scope. Estimates state assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, payment stages, validity and change control. Third-party licences and pass-through costs are identified separately where known.
